How to catch (and keep) the eye of your ideal customer

We all know that consistently delighting your customers is the key to creating sustainable customer loyalty that repels competition, but first the customer has to try your products and services. If it is true that there is nothing new under the sun, then most of us entrepreneurs are moving into a marketplace with established businesses who offer something (almost) just like or very similar to what we offer.

So, how do we catch the eye of our ideal customer and get them to try us that first time?  We’re proposing (along with Seth Godin) that the answer is having a colorful bovine! We’re going to help you raise your very own ‘purple cow’ that will pull in your ideal customers. Of course, it’s important to know why this would be a good thing so we’ll cover that, too.

When you leave this workshop, you’ll know

  • what a purple cow really does for your business
  • how to create and raise your own purple cow
  • and what to do when your competition buys purple paint!
